Short answer: Fourteen public indoor pools across Cornwall: the fun ones are Bude's Splash (wave machine and flume), Newquay's Waterworld and Bodmin's Dragon; the lane pools are Truro, St Austell (with a diving pit), Wadebridge, St Ives, Penzance and the rest. Falmouth no longer has a public pool.
Jubilee Pool in Penzance has a geothermally heated pool that runs through winter — a warm swim beside the Atlantic — and Bude Sea Pool is free and open all year for the hardy. Hayle's outdoor pool is summer-only.
