You wouldn't expect an inland market town to have a proper coffee scene, but Launceston genuinely does.

Less about the coffee, more about the value — but it opens when others don't, including Sundays, which matters if Liberty is shut.
Keep Audio Co has power sockets and is genuinely set up for people staying a while, though the music is part of the point rather than background. Liberty is calmer but busier at lunchtime.
