Short answer: In town, the Ship Inn on Gonvena Hill is the character pub (a 16th-century coaching inn with low beams and local ales), the Swan and the Molesworth Arms are the big town-centre pub-hotels, and the Bridge On Wool has a beer garden by the bridge. Just outside, the Earl of St Vincent at Egloshayle and the dog-friendly St Kew Inn are the ones locals drive to for Sunday lunch.
Wadebridge has a good run of pubs in town and some excellent country pubs within a few miles.
