Short answer: For a day in Wadebridge, use Piggy Lane (PL27 7AP), the Cornwall Council long-stay car park: £7 for 24 hours in summer, £4.20 from November to March, and free from 4pm to 9am. Goldsworthy Way is the short-stay option (up to 3 hours, £3.40). Cards and JustPark work at both; check the machine if you need to pay cash.
Wadebridge has two Cornwall Council car parks and a few town council ones. Here's which to use.
PL27 7AP, 197 spaces, coaches allowed. The one to use for the Camel Trail or a day out. Charges apply 9am–4pm; free from 4pm to 9am.
PL27 7DS, 59 spaces, maximum 3 hours, no return within 3 hours. 9am–4pm: up to 30 minutes 60p · 1 hour £1.30 · 2 hours £2.50 · 3 hours £3.40. Free 4pm–9am. Card, contactless or JustPark (8233).
Most Cornwall Council car parks went cashless on 1 August 2026, with one in each community keeping cash. Local reporting named Goldsworthy Way as Wadebridge's cash car park, but the council's own page for it lists card payments only, so carry a card to be safe.
Wadebridge Town Council runs Jubilee Road (short stay, shared with the Co-op), the Library car park (short stay) and Egloshayle Playing Fields. From July 2025 Jubilee charged 90p an hour up to £3.60 for 4 hours, and Egloshayle £5 all day. The council says charges apply for 2026 but only shows them on sign images, so check the board.
