Short answer: Mousehole is good with a dog: the Ship Inn welcomes dogs in the bar (often by the log stove), Mousehole Deli & Kitchen has a dog-friendly table and a dog menu (ask when booking), Four Teas welcomes dogs, and the Kings Arms in Paul is dog friendly. The harbour beach is the tricky bit: the council bans dogs 1 July–31 August (10am–6pm), but some local guides say it's all year, so follow the signs.
With the coast path on both sides and a handful of welcoming pubs and cafés, Mousehole is a lovely day out with a dog.
This one's confusing. Cornwall Council's dog-ban list has "Mousehole Beach to Skilly Beach" restricted 1 July to 31 August, 10am to 6pm. But some local guides say dogs are banned from the harbour beach all year, which may be a harbour authority rule. Follow the signs on the day.
Parking at North Quay is cheap but tight; The Parade is private, with reported fines. Mousehole parking.
