Short answer: Eden's ice rink is open from 17 October 2026 to 21 February 2027, with a Northern Lights theme. A general skate is £13.50 for adults, £10.50 for children or £44 for a family. Family fun sessions are £11.50 and £9.50, and toddler sessions £6. You also need Eden admission, with a timed entry slot at least 30 minutes before your skate.
Cornwall's best-known ice rink is back outside the biomes, this year themed around the Northern Lights. Here's what it costs, when it's open and the one booking rule that catches people out.
17 October 2026 to 21 February 2027. That covers October half term, the whole of Christmas and February half term.
Yes. Skating is booked on top of Eden admission. When you book, pick an Eden entry slot at least 30 minutes before your skate time, because you need to get from the entrance down to the rink and change into skates.
The toddler sessions (£6) are the gentlest. The family fun skate is cheaper than a general skate and suits mixed ages.
The other rink this winter: ice skating in Cornwall 2026.
