Friday 6 November: fireworks

• Newquay Sports Centre: drone show and fireworks run by WAX Events; gates open 5:30pm (Visit Newquay's listing, no ticket prices shown). Newquay fireworks guide.
• St Austell Cricket Club: gates 5:30pm, fireworks 7pm.
• Bude, Bencoolen Meadow: gates 6pm, display 7:30pm.
• Downderry: St Nicolas CoE Primary School, 5:30pm.

Saturday 7 November

• Hayle Cricket Club: the Firework Extravaganza, gates 6pm, fireworks about 8pm, cash donations on arrival.
• Looe area: Polperro Harbour at 7pm and Tencreek Holiday Park at 7:30pm. Details on Welcome to Looe.
• Sparks at Hendra Holiday Park, Newquay: ticketed and family-timed.
• The Big Newquay Market in the town, and Redruth Town Market, 10am to 2pm.
• Cornish Pirates v Richmond, 3pm, usually at Mennaye Field, Penzance; confirm the ground with the club. Pirates home games in November.
• Boscastle Shanty Festival at the Cobweb Inn is listed for around 6 to 9 November; confirm with the pub. Boscastle Shanty Festival.

Sunday 8 November

• Remembrance Sunday. Penzance's parade sets off at 10:35am; most towns hold services between 10:30am and 11am, while Truro and St Austell hold main parades in the afternoon. Times by town.
• Illuminate the Night, 4pm to 10pm, ticketed, at the former Dairyland site near Newquay.

Earlier in the week

Wednesday 4 November has a free Young Farmers' display at Porthcew Dairy (fireworks 8pm) and Bonfire and Burger Night at Watergate Bay. Thursday 5 is Bonfire Night itself: Bodmin's Priory Park and Liskeard Lions. Every display, with prices where we have them, is in Bonfire Night in Cornwall 2026.
