Things to Do in St Ives, Cornwall — your perfect day, sorted

Real, curated ideas for St Ives beaches, family days out, dog-friendly spots and places to eat — filtered by who's actually with you.

Your Guide to St Ives, Cornwall

St Ives is Cornwall's art capital — a maze of narrow granite streets, five separate beaches within walking distance, and a genuine working harbour that somehow still functions despite the crowds. It's busier and pricier than most of this coastline, especially in peak summer, but the quality of what's here (the Tate, the galleries, the food) generally justifies it.
